Questions we get asked
Why per location instead of per user?
Clinics have rotating staff and floating techs. Charging per seat would punish you for staffing up, so you pay for the clinics you run — everyone who works there is included.
Do we have to leave our current software?
No. VetFlow sits alongside your practice management system and reads from it. Your records, invoicing and medical notes stay exactly where they are.
What if our system is not on your supported list?
We build adapters. Enterprise plans include custom adapter development, and we can usually scope a new one from a sample of your data.
How long does setup take?
A single clinic is typically live the same week: connect the system, add your staff and rooms, and fill in one shift setup. Groups roll out one location at a time.
